Summary
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule (not a peptide) that acts as a pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptor (ERR) family — ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ. It activates PGC-1α-driven mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism, mimicking the effects of exercise at the cellular level. Animal studies show improved endurance, fat oxidation, and metabolic markers.
SLU-PP-332 is not a peptide — it's a synthetic molecule that activates a set of 'master switches' in cells (ERR receptors) that normally get turned on by exercise. When those switches are on, cells behave as if the body is running even when it isn't — burning fat, growing mitochondria, improving endurance. It's sometimes called 'exercise in a vial.' Critical safety note: high doses caused heart enlargement in rodents, so conservative dosing is strongly advised.
Mechanism of Action↓
ERRs are nuclear receptors that regulate mitochondrial gene expression in coordination with the co-activator PGC-1α. SLU-PP-332 binds the ERR ligand-binding domain and activates all three ERR isoforms, upregulating genes for oxidative phosphorylation, fatty acid oxidation (CPT1, MCAD), and mitochondrial biogenesis. This produces an 'exercise-like' metabolic state without physical activity.
Half-life: ~8–16 hours (estimated from rodent pharmacokinetics)
Research Dosing Ranges↓
1–5 mg per day
Daily subcutaneous or oral (research estimate)
No established human clinical doses — research community uses rodent-to-human allometric scaling. Key concern: cardiac hypertrophy observed in rodents at high chronic doses. Keep doses conservative and cycles short until more data is available.
Reconstitution Guidance↓
BAC water: 3 mL
Resulting concentration: mg/mL depends on vial size
Standard BAC water reconstitution. SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule — verify solubility with supplier.
Storage & Stability↓
Refrigerate. Protect from light. Use reconstituted within 28 days.
Known Side Effects / Contraindications↓
Cardiac hypertrophy observed in rodents at higher doses — a significant safety concern for chronic high-dose use. Human safety profile not established. Exercise caution.

Concentration: 5 mg ÷ 3 mL = 1.67 mg/mL (1667 µg/mL)
Dose needed: 250 µg = 0.2500 mg
Volume per dose: 0.2500 mg ÷ 1.67 mg/mL = 0.1500 mL
On U-100 syringe: 150.0 µL = 15.0 units
Total doses in vial: 5 mg ÷ 0.2500 mg = 20.0 doses
