Summary

Klow is a proprietary multi-peptide healing blend typically containing GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and KPV (10 mg). The combination targets systemic tissue repair, collagen synthesis, anti-inflammation, and immune modulation. Each component addresses a different aspect of the repair cascade.

A four-peptide comprehensive healing stack in one vial. GHK-Cu rebuilds collagen and fights oxidative damage; BPC-157 triggers new blood vessel growth and accelerates tissue repair; TB-500 helps cells migrate to damaged areas and rebuild; KPV (a tiny three-amino-acid peptide) dials down the inflammatory signaling that slows healing. Think of it as hitting the full repair cascade from multiple angles simultaneously.

Mechanism of Action

GHK-Cu: copper-binding tripeptide that upregulates collagen/elastin synthesis, activates wound-healing genes, anti-inflammatory via TGF-β. BPC-157: promotes angiogenesis, NO synthesis, and tendon/gut healing via VEGF/EGR-1. TB-500: actin-sequestering peptide (Tβ4 analogue) that promotes cell migration and tissue regeneration. KPV: α-MSH C-terminal tripeptide, inhibits NF-κB and reduces cytokine-driven inflammation.

Half-life: Variable per component: GHK-Cu ~minutes–hours; BPC-157 ~4 hours; TB-500 ~days; KPV ~1–2 hours

Research Dosing Ranges

250–500 µg per injection (BPC/TB components)

Once or twice daily subcutaneous

Klow dosing follows the BPC-157 / TB-500 component protocol. At typical vial concentration, 250–500 µg of each active per injection is a common research starting point.

Reconstitution Guidance

BAC water: 3 mL

Resulting concentration: Depends on total peptide content per vial

Add 3 mL BAC water. Confirm total peptide content with supplier — blend vials vary in total load.

Storage & Stability

Refrigerate lyophilized. Reconstituted: use within 28 days.

Known Side Effects / Contraindications
⚠ Research reference only — not medical advice, not for human use.

Generally well tolerated — see individual component profiles. GHK-Cu: metallic taste. BPC-157/TB-500: minimal reported. KPV: mild injection reactions.

Concentration: 10 mg ÷ 3 mL = 3.33 mg/mL (3333 µg/mL)

Dose needed: 250 µg = 0.2500 mg

Volume per dose: 0.2500 mg ÷ 3.33 mg/mL = 0.0750 mL
