Blend Components
Summary
A pre-formulated blend of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin for co-administration. These two peptides work via complementary receptor systems to produce a synergistic growth hormone pulse. The blend simplifies administration compared to separate injections.
The most popular GH-boosting stack, pre-mixed into one vial. CJC hits the GHRH receptor; Ipamorelin hits the ghrelin receptor. Using two different 'on-switches' at the same time produces a bigger GH pulse than either peptide alone. One injection instead of two.
Mechanism of Action↓
See CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin entries. GHRH receptor + ghrelin receptor co-activation produces greater GH secretion than either agonist alone.
Half-life: ~30 min (CJC) / ~2 hours (IPA)
Research Dosing Ranges↓
100 µg each (200 µg total) per injection
2–3× daily
Standard research stack. Exact ratios depend on vial composition — verify with supplier.
Reconstitution Guidance↓
BAC water: 3 mL
Resulting concentration: mg/mL depends on vial formulation
Add 3 mL BAC water. Concentration depends on total peptide content per vial.
Storage & Stability↓
Refrigerate. Use within 28 days of reconstitution.
Known Side Effects / Contraindications↓
See CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin. Combined effects may amplify water retention and hunger.

Show math
Concentration: 10 mg ÷ 3 mL = 3.33 mg/mL (3333 µg/mL)
Dose needed: 200 µg = 0.2000 mg
Volume per dose: 0.2000 mg ÷ 3.33 mg/mL = 0.0600 mL
On U-100 syringe: 60.0 µL = 6.0 units
Total doses in vial: 10 mg ÷ 0.2000 mg = 50.0 doses
