Blend Components
Summary
A research blend combining BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single vial. Both peptides are studied for tissue repair and healing with complementary mechanisms — BPC-157 primarily promotes angiogenesis and tendon/gut healing, while TB-500 promotes actin dynamics and cell migration.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are two of the most studied healing peptides, and they work through different pathways that complement each other. This blend puts them both in one vial so you get both effects in a single injection. BPC-157 grows new blood vessels to the injured area; TB-500 helps cells move there and rebuild. Together they're considered one of the strongest tissue-repair stacks available for research.
Mechanism of Action↓
Combined angiogenic, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-repair mechanisms of BPC-157 and TB-500 (see individual entries).
Half-life: ~1–4 hours (both components have similar short half-lives)
Research Dosing Ranges↓
500 µg per injection (equal BPC-157 and TB-500 at 1:1 ratio)
Once or twice daily
In a 50/50 blend vial both peptides are at the same concentration — you draw equal amounts of each regardless of dose. 500 µg/injection twice daily delivers ~3.5 mg/week of each peptide, within TB-500's loading range while keeping BPC-157 at an effective dose. For independent dosing of each compound, use separate vials.
Reconstitution Guidance↓
BAC water: 3 mL
Resulting concentration: 3.33 mg/mL total (1.67 mg/mL each) for 10 mg vial
Typical dose: 30 units on U-100 syringe = 500 µg of each peptide
Add 3 mL BAC water to 10 mg blend vial. 500 µg dose of each component = 300 µL = 30 units U-100.
Storage & Stability↓
Same as individual components. Refrigerate reconstituted solution, use within 14 days.
Known Side Effects / Contraindications↓
Same as individual components. See BPC-157 and TB-500 entries.

Show math
Concentration: 10 mg ÷ 3 mL = 3.33 mg/mL (3333 µg/mL)
Dose needed: 500 µg = 0.5000 mg
Volume per dose: 0.5000 mg ÷ 3.33 mg/mL = 0.1500 mL
On U-100 syringe: 150.0 µL = 15.0 units
Total doses in vial: 10 mg ÷ 0.5000 mg = 20.0 doses
